Our story
ANAME AI was born from a concrete observation: Italian professionals — notaries, lawyers, accountants, real estate agencies — spend hours every week re-reading, comparing and verifying documents. Sale deeds, mortgages, cadastral and company surveys, certificates, contracts, energy performance certificates, invoices, CU, F24. Documents where a single wrong figure can be costly.
The generalist AI tools available today do not truly understand the structure of an Italian notarial deed, do not recognise a land registry survey from the Italian Revenue Agency, cannot extract with precision from a CU or an F24. And above all: they send clients’ personal data — names, tax codes, IBANs, addresses — directly to foreign AI models, with no privacy guarantees.
ANAME AI was built specialised in Italian documents, because that is where the highest precision is needed and where no one was doing serious work. But the system was designed multilingual and multi-country from the start: the clients of Italian professionals are no longer only Italian, and the documents circulating in a professional office today come from across Europe and beyond.
What we do
ANAME is a document intelligence platform designed for the Italian documents of professionals, and at the same time open to foreign documents that pass every day across the desks of notaries, lawyers, accountants and real estate agencies.
For Italian documents, ANAME offers nineteen categories with dedicated templates — sale deeds, mortgages, cadastral and company surveys, energy performance certificates, ISEE statements, CU, F24, model 730, payslips, invoices, articles of incorporation, identity documents and others — with specific extraction schemas for each.
For everything else — foreign documents, non-standard contracts, certificates, communications — ANAME applies an intelligent generic extraction that still identifies parties, amounts, dates, references and issuing entities. No document is rejected.
The system supports six languages in input and output (Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Arabic) and reads even poorly scanned or photographed documents.
The digital dossier
ANAME is the engine that organises and verifies a documentary case file.
Upload all the documents of a case — a sale deed with the relevant survey, the energy certificate, the mortgage, the identity documents of the parties — and the system recognises them, classifies each one with the right template, and extracts the specific data for each category.
The next step is the reason ANAME exists: the automatic matcher links documents together. It verifies that parties are consistent, that cadastral surfaces match, that dates align, that tax codes are the same in all documents where they should be. What a professional does manually by re-reading every deed, ANAME does in seconds, flagging every discrepancy.
The assistant that knows your documents
Once the dossier is assembled, you can interrogate it.
It is not a generic chatbot: it is an assistant that responds based exclusively on the documents you have uploaded, with precise references to the source. You can ask in Italian, English, French, Spanish, German or Arabic — the assistant understands the question and responds in your preferred language, even if the documents are in another language.
If the data is in the documents, the assistant finds it. If it is not there, it tells you so. It does not invent. It does not imagine.
Privacy by design, not by claim
The key difference: the personal data in your documents is never sent to external AI models in plain text.
Every document, before reaching any AI model, passes through an anonymisation layer based on Microsoft Presidio, running directly on our European servers. Names, tax codes, IBANs, addresses and VAT numbers are replaced with placeholders. The AI model reasons only on the placeholders. The map connecting placeholders to real data never leaves our infrastructure. When the response comes back, data is reconstructed server-side, before being shown to you.
Backend, database and anonymisation layer run in Europe, in Frankfurt.

ANAME AI is a document intelligence project born in Italy, founded by Yassine Badri, Italian-Moroccan. A multicultural vision of document automation: because the clients of Italian professionals are no longer only Italian speakers, and the documents of daily work are no longer in a single language.
The project is evolving rapidly, with new document categories and integrations in continuous development.
